To harness the unique position of accountants in business and society to create and directly redistribute income and wealth.

By providing financial and operational guidance and support, we aim to positively influence people and businesses to embed social purpose as standard, grow sustainably, and create value.

In all our relationships, whether internally with our colleagues or externally with our clients and wider stakeholder groups, we strive for PEACE. You can expect us to be:
Purposeful and personable
Ethical and empathetic
Accountable and altruistic
Competent and Creative
Equitable and excellent

Founded in 2020, our story has been one of reflection, research and a drive to use the lived-experiences of our people as a force for good. It has been a journey winding through the highs and lows of optimism and apprehension in articulating the vision and strategy for Project Peace. But it has brought us to this moment of clarity. We are for people. On purpose.
And guided by our desire to see businesses weave the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) into the fabric of their existence and operations, we are committed to the following UNSDGs:
Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being
Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation
Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
To achieve these, our operations will be intentionally engineered to deliver 'Goal 8' in our normal course of business and we will channel up to 50% of our net profits to causes that deliver impact in the remaining goals. We know this will be no mean feat. But we also know that nothing great is achieved alone. So, our journey continues... with YOU!
